Franciscan Workers Programhome
COHS offers its Francisan Workers Program to parents who wish to earn a credit toward their child's tuition. Parents who choose to participate in the program will be actively involved in one of several areas aimed at improving COHS. The amount of the credit is dependent on the number of hours parents commit to working.
Each family that commits to the program will be required to sign a contract. The applicable tuition credit will be deducted from the child's tuition at the beginning of the school year. Any parent who does not complete the required number of hours by April 1 will have the FULL tuition credit amount added to the bill.
Parents may complete their hours in one of eleven (11) different areas, including:
| Athletics | Cafeteria | Advancement Projects/Events |
| General Office Support | Grant Writing | Hawk-tion |
| Home School Association | Lottery Numbers/Calendar | Maintenance |
| Parent/Student Summer Work | Spring Musical |
The tuition credits offered as part of the Franciscan Workers Program are as follows:
| Number of Hours | Tuition Credit |
| 30 | $250 |
| 60 | $500 |
| $120* | $1,000 |
*This option is available only to parents with two (2) or more children enrolled at COHS, or Bingo workers
COHS is no longer accepting Franciscan Workers applications for the 2011--2012 academic year. Check back in early spring for 2010-2013 information.
