 Dear Student:

I would like to invite you to join the Cardinal O'Hara Cross Country team. We are the newest of the Hawk varsity teams and in just our second season last year, we were the first place team in the A Division (small schools). Cross country is a coed sport and no experience is needed.

We compete in the Monsignor Martin Athletic Association and also compete against public schools in invitationals on weekends. As I mentioned before, no experience is needed as only one of last season's runners had competed in cross country before coming to Cardinal O'Hara.

Male and female, big and small, tall and short, all are invited to join cross country. If you have any questions, my e-mail is:

Dick Ward, Coach
