Price hikes are required for Cardinal O'Hara to remain compliant with the national school lunch program, a federally assisted meal program to provide nutritionally balanced low cost or free lunches to eligible children.

Reduced lunches--- $.25

Full priced lunches--- $3.00

If you pay by the week the cost will be $12.00 (a savings of $3.00)

If you pay for 30 days the cost will be $75.00 (a savings of $15.00)

ALA-Carte sandwiches are $2.00

Milk is $.50

Water and drinks are $1.00

USDA New School Lunch Rules:

Requires you take either a FRUIT or VEGETABLE with your lunch or we MUST charge you ala carte pricing. 

Example: chicken patty, vegetable, fruit and milk = full lunch
Hamburger on a bun and milk = ala carte lunch

Fresh Fruit with yogurt, roll and butter
Cottage Cheese with canned fruit, roll and butter

Fresh apples

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.  To request a copy of the complaint form, call 866-632-9992.  Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
